This is one of the most thorough and helpful sites for relieving my neck, back and TMJ pain. I have been using these methods in combination with stretching and decompression exercises. It takes some time and practice to get the feel. And sometimes it hurts, but its a good hurt! I also use a pressure point cane with rubberized knobs to reach those hard spots.
